Drawing on experience of over 100 space consults, we will quickly identify what trajectory our services could have at your facility.
Step 2: Floor Plan Update
Build the Data Set
This is the starting point for game-changing data driven analysis of facility space use and how the academic program currently leverages space. Based on what we see in the floor plan, we will present the big picture range of opportunities that a Space Use Consult will produce. Based on the documentation available, we will be able to create an updated floor plan for your organization for just pennies per square foot; often about $750 for a typical size school. The fee is waived with completion of a Space Use Consult.

Interview school operations and key stakeholders to understand issues and goals for the facility. Utilizing the Floor Plan Update and Space Use Data, we determine productive paths to optimizing space for academic model delivery, a sustainable financial future, and any other goal in mind! Depending on complexity, school’s typically invest in the neighborhood of $5,000 in their future with this step; a strong value proposition considering the potential academic outcomes and financial ROI for any facility seeking smart space use practices.
